Steps to take at a time of loss
Step One: The G.P of the deceased should be contacted immediately.
Step Two: We are available for immediate assistance to transfer your relative to our Chapel of Rest. If you require this service please contact us on 0121 476 9111
Step Three: Assistance can be given to enable you to Register the death. The location, opening hours and appointments procedure may vary between Registration localities.
Step Four: If the death is unexpected the Coroner may need to be informed. In such circumstances we suggest that you contact us for specific advice.
Step Five: Please contact us to make Funeral Arrangements.
