Private Chapels of Rest

For some, remembering their loved one as he or she was in life is a preference. For others however, a visit to the Chapel of Rest is an integral part of the funeral ceremony and it is for this very reason that we make available our private air-conditioned chapels of rest.

You are able to visit at an appointment time convenient to you during normal office hours.

It can be a source of mutual support to come with others and a member of staff will always be available to accompany you during your visit if you wish.

You may want to visit on more than one occasion, which is perfectly acceptable and whether you choose to see the coffin presented opened or closed we are pleased to follow your instructions.
