Death in a Care Home

Steps to take at a time of loss

Step One: If the death occurs in a care home we are available for immediate assistance to transfer your relative to our Chapel of Rest. If you require this service please contact us on 0121 476 9111

Step Two: We are able to give advice regarding the collection from the Doctor of a Medical Certificate of Cause of Death.

Step Three: Assistance can be given to enable you to Register the death. The location, opening hours and appointments procedure may vary between Registration localities.

Step Four: Please contact us to make Funeral Arrangements.
